Each parcel will be shipped once your order is completed and confirmed; usually the day after your order is received. (Although I don't anticipate it happening, if for some reason there will be a delay in shipping a parcel, I will notify you by e-mail.)

Domestic orders: Parcels will be shipped by U.S. Postal Service Priority Mail. The invoice, labels and other documentation for specimens will be included in the parcel.

International orders: Parcels will be shipped by U.S. Air Mail. Your invoice will be mailed to you under separate cover. If you are willing to assume the risk for loss or damage, parcels can be sent uninsured, if requested at the time you place an order.

Parcels valued over $500 must be sent by Registered U.S. Mail.

If you prefer an alternate shipping method, please request your preferred method at the time you place an order, otherwise all parcels will be shipped by the U.S Postal Service.

The customer pays for all postage and insurance costs (if applicable), which are determined by weight and value. The minimum charge for Priority Mail is $3.85 and $10.00 for Registered Mail.
