Scholten's Fine Minerals in Leominster, Massachusetts

All payments must be made in U.S. dollars and payable to Scholten's Fine Minerals. Payment can be made using one of the following methods:

1. Credit card: Visa or MasterCard.
2. Personal check or money order (only if you live in the United States).

For payment by check or money order, a specimen will be reserved for 7 days until the check has been received, deposited and clears my bank. If payment is not received within 7 days, the specimen will be sold to the next customer who ordered it.

Orders paid for by credit card will be shipped immediately upon approval (within 24 hours of receiving your order).

You can forward your credit card information to me in four ways:

1. Send the card number, name on the card, type of card (Visa or MasterCard), and
expiration date to me in three parts using three separate e-mails.

2. Call my office at (978) 534-0156 and leave a voice mail message or send a fax to (978) 534-6056.

3. Send an e-mail to me with your phone number and I will return your call at a mutually
convenient time.

4. Mail your credit card information to me by regular mail ("snail mail").
