Your satisfaction is guaranteed! If you're not completely satisfied with any specimen you receive from me, please return it within 10 days of receipt for domestic orders (25 days for international orders) and your money will be happily refunded, no questions asked. Please let me know immediately, though, if you are going to return something. Any specimen not returned within 10 days (25 days for international orders) is considered sold.

For returns, please wrap each mineral specimen individually, using the box (if undamaged) and packaging materials it came in. There should be no shifting of the specimen in the box when it is shaken. Be sure to include a copy of the invoice, all labels and any other documentation included with the specimen. Remember to insure the parcel for the full value of its contents.
