MA-1801
- Fluorite
Elmwood Mine, Carthage, Smith County, Tennessee
A sharp, translucent to transparent, large raspberry-colored fluorite
cube 2.9 cm long perched on the end of a sparkling dolomite-coated
matrix with bright, lustrous sphalerite. The fluorite crystal
is incomplete in the back where it was attached to matrix, otherwise
it is perfect. Very nice! Size: 4.0 x 2.6 x 4.5 cm.
