MB-1938 - Pyromorphite
Daoping Lead-Zinc Mine, Gongcheng, Guangxi Province, China
A superb miniature of aesthetically arranged prismatic, green pyromorphite crystals to 1.3 cm in length on matrix. Very fine from the find of a few years ago. There are a couple of damaged crystals but they aren't visible from the display side. Nevertheless, I priced it low (previous dealer's price was $500.00).  Size: 2.7 x 2.0 x 4.8 cm.

MC-1776 - Quartz var. Amethyst scepter
Las Vigas, Veracruz, Mexico
A choice, medium purple, glassy, translucent quartz scepter crystal on a well trimmed matrix with accenting smaller, colorless quartz crystals. Aside from a very small nick on the termination, it is undamaged and sits up perfectly for display. This is a very good scepter specimen, especially for Veracruz! Size: 5.3 x 3.4 x 5.8 cm.

  

MA-1688 - Quartz var. Amethyst scepter
Ezhou, Hubei Province, China
Attractive scepter specimen with a milky quartz stem crowned by many glassy, doubly terminated, pale purple quartz crystals. Contact on the back where removed from matrix, otherwise complete all around. A showy and fine miniature! Size: 3.4 x 3.1 x 4.2 cm.

  

MB-2071 - Quartz var. Rose Quartz on Albite
Sapucaia Mine, Galileia, Minas Gerais, Brazil
Beautiful miniature rose quartz specimen with a linear group of lustrous, translucent, crystals to 7 mm in length crowning a matrix of etched, white albite. Good ones of this quality are not common from any locality. This is the locality for the famous "Van Allen Belt" rose quartz crystal specimen. No damage. Size: 4.0 x 3.1 x 3.8 cm.

A very attractive cluster of sharp, lustrous, rose-pink quartz crystals on a feldspar matrix. Good ones of this quality are not common from any locality. Nice and no damage that I can find! Size: 4.0 x 3.6 x 3.5 cm.

Sapucaia Mine, Galileia, Minas Gerais, Brazil
Large, gemmy, distinct rose-pink quartz crystal flanked by a smaller crystal. Good rose quartz specimens of this size and quality are uncommon. This is the locality for the famous "Van Allen Belt" rose quartz crystal specimen. Choice! Front and side photos are shown. Size: 1.6 x 1.4 x 3.0 cm.

MB-1886 - Smithsonite with Hemimorphite
Level 8, San Antonio el Grande Mine, Santa Eulalia, Chihuahua, Mexico
Limonite matrix mostly covered by lovely blue-green “rice grain” smithsonite crystals averaging 2 mm in size with glassy, colorless, prismatic hemimorphite crystals scattered throughout. One hemimorphite crystal is broken but it is difficult to find. These were extremely popular when they came out a few years ago and have not been seen since. In excellent shape! Size: 6.2 x 5.0 x 2.5 cm.
