Large, vitreous, colorless, transparent quartz crystal with distinct and rare x- and s-faces. The back of the crystal appears to have grown against another crystal as it shows irregular surface patterns. Ex. Robert Linck Collection. Size: 5.3 x 4.8 x 8.6 cm.

Boldut Mine, Cavnic, Maramures, Romania
Glassy, translucent, prismatic quartz crystals with iridescent chalcopyrite crystals. The main quartz crystal measures 5.5 cm in length and has a tapered base that widens at the transparent termination. Sits up nicely for display. Wonderful form and fine aesthetics. A very sharp miniature! Size: 4.5 x 4.7 x 5.5 cm.

MB-2043 - Rhodonite
Chiurucu Mine, Dos de Mayo Province, Huanuco Department, Peru
An aesthetic cluster of lustrous, pink, bladed rhodonite crystals with tiny, prismatic quartz crystals sprinkled over them, all on a bit of white matrix. The rhodonite crystals measure to 1.8 cm in length. From the find of 1998 which actually yielded very little material. Specimens from this important Peruvian locality are becoming difficult to find on the mineral market. Size: 6.2 x 3.0 x 4.7 cm.

Novo Horizonte, Bahia, Brazil
Very good spray of resinous, elongated, prismatic, root beer-colored xenotime crystals to 1.2 cm in length. Good crystals and, therefore, good specimens of this yttrium phosphate are relatively hard to find. Nice! Size: 1.2 x 0.9 x 1.2 cm.
